This Shipping Policy applies to all products supplied by Fastpack Distribution Ltd trading as Fast Pack Charcoal, including wholesale, commercial, retail, trade, delivery, and collection orders throughout the United Kingdom. By placing an order with Fastpack Distribution Ltd, customers acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined below.
UK Shipping Only

Fastpack Distribution Ltd currently supplies and delivers products within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping or overseas export delivery services through our standard website ordering system.
Delivery coverage includes mainland UK and selected surrounding regions subject to delivery availability, transport access, and operational scheduling.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Services
Smaller retail orders are typically dispatched using trusted UK courier networks including:

• DPD

• Royal Mail

• Other approved courier partners where required
   

Standard parcel deliveries generally arrive within approximately 1 to 3 business working days after dispatch depending on customer location, courier capacity, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and transport schedules.

Business days are considered Monday to Friday only and exclude:

Wholesale & Commercial Deliveries
For larger wholesale, trade, restaurant, supermarket, catering, cash and carry, and commercial charcoal orders, Fastpack Distribution Ltd may complete deliveries directly using company operated transport vehicles.

Large commercial deliveries may be available for:

• Next day delivery

• Scheduled commercial delivery arrangements
  depending on customer location, order volume, operational scheduling, stock availability, and transport capacity.

Commercial deliveries are organised individually to help meet customer requirements wherever reasonably possible.

Commercial Transport & Palletising
Many large commercial charcoal deliveries are intentionally transported unpalletised to maximise vehicle stock capacity and transport efficiency. Upon arrival, orders may be manually palletised or organised into cages on site where agreed with the customer.

This allows more efficient nationwide distribution for bulk charcoal supply operations.

Customer Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Being available to receive deliveries where required

• Inspecting deliveries promptly upon arrival

• Providing safe unloading environments

Failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, restricted access, customer absence, or unsafe unloading conditions may result in additional delivery charges.
Risk & Ownership

Risk and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon:

• Successful delivery completion

• Customer collection

• Transfer to third party transport arranged by the customer

Customers become fully responsible for storage, handling, moisture protection, combustible material safety, and product care after delivery or collection.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible upon arrival.
Any issues involving:

• Missing products

• Incorrect deliveries

• Significant transport damage
  must be reported promptly together with:

• Order reference number

• Supporting photographs where applicable

• Delivery information
   

Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted where conditions can no longer be verified.
Collections
Customers may arrange collection directly from Fastpack Distribution Ltd where agreed in advance. Customers collecting products are

responsible for ensuring:

• Vehicles are suitable for transport

• Goods are safely loaded

• Loads are properly secured

• UK road safety regulations are followed
   

Responsibility transfers fully to the customer once goods leave our premises.
